Core Advantage One: Rare Porcine Femoral Metaphyseal Cancellous Bone

PoroGraft® strictly selects porcine femoral metaphyseal cancellous bone as its raw material source. This anatomical site is one of the most structurally refined regions in the porcine skeleton — only 20-40g of wet femoral metaphyseal cancellous bone can be extracted from a single pig, making the raw material extremely rare and valuable.

The natural three-dimensional interconnected trabecular structure at this site is highly similar to human cancellous bone, with porosity approaching that of human cancellous bone, providing an ideal three-dimensional scaffold for bone regeneration. Compared to bone tissue from other sites, metaphyseal cancellous bone has a more organized microstructure and higher biological activity.

Core Advantage Two: Gradient Temperature-Rising Calcination for High-Purity Quality

The core principle of the gradient temperature process is to avoid the destruction of natural bone microstructure from rapid high-temperature exposure. By gradually increasing temperature, organic components are fully decomposed and removed, achieving an optimal balance between purity and structural integrity.

Core Advantage Three: Calcium-Phosphorus Ratio and Zinc-Magnesium Content Similar to Human Bone

The chemical composition of PoroGraft® closely resembles that of human skeletal tissue:

  • Calcium-phosphorus ratio similar to human bone: Natural chemical affinity enables better integration into the bone metabolic cycle
  • Rich zinc and magnesium ion content: Zinc promotes osteoblast proliferation and differentiation; magnesium participates in the bone mineralization process
