Product Features
PoroGraft® bone graft is sourced from natural porcine femoral metaphyseal cancellous bone, with only 20-40g extractable per pig. Its intact natural microporous structure, rougher surface area, and higher zinc-magnesium content provide an ideal scaffold for oral bone regeneration.
PoroGraft® oral bone graft features excellent hydrophilicity and clumping properties, with purity exceeding 95% and no post-surgical rejection. Sourced from natural porcine femoral metaphyseal cancellous bone with a calcium-phosphorus ratio similar to human bone.
PoroGraft® bone graft features a calcium-phosphorus ratio and zinc-magnesium ion content highly similar to human bone, efficiently regulating cell behavior, rapidly adsorbing bioactive substances, promoting cell migration and differentiation, and inducing bone regeneration.
Approvals & Launches
Medgen Life Science's independently developed PoroGraft® oral bone graft material has officially launched — the first domestically produced porcine-derived xenograft bone graft in China, offering a new treatment experience for oral restoration.
PoroGraft® represents a new direction for oral bone grafting in China, featuring premium natural porcine cancellous bone, gradient temperature-rising calcination for high-purity quality, and calcium-phosphorus ratio with zinc-magnesium content similar to human bone for efficient bone regeneration.
Medgen's PoroGraft® oral bone filling material receives Class D medical device registration in Vietnam — the highest risk classification — becoming the company's third product approved in Vietnam and marking the systematic deployment of a multi-product portfolio in Southeast Asia.
